These terms apply when you use this website or register for the free Women Sales Academy masterclass. By registering, you accept them.

What we provide

Women Sales Academy provides education and career training. The free masterclass is a live online class covering how business-to-business sales roles work, how to approach hiring managers, how to prepare for interviews, and what to do in a first 90 days.

No guarantee of employment or income

Women Sales Academy provides education and career training. All compensation figures on this page reflect general U.S. market ranges for business-to-business sales roles and are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of your earnings. Individual results depend on your effort, experience, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or income. Salary ranges cited are illustrative of the industry, not typical results of our students.

Where we describe introductions to companies that are hiring, that means exactly that, an introduction. We do not place you in a job, we cannot require any company to interview or hire you, and no part of what we offer should be read as a promise of employment.

Registration and attendance

The class is free to attend. Seats are limited so that the live Q&A stays usable, and we may close registration for a given date. We may change the date, time, or content of a class, or cancel one, in which case we will tell registrants by email. Replays are not guaranteed.

You agree that the information you provide when registering is accurate, and that you are registering for yourself.

Communications

By registering, you consent to receive class reminders and occasional updates by email and text message. You can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record, reproduce, or redistribute the class or any materials we provide without our written permission
• Disrupt a live class or harass other attendees or the instructor
• Use the site or the class for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, or scrape it by automated means

We may remove anyone from a class or our lists for breaching these terms.

Intellectual property

The class content, frameworks, written materials, and everything on this site are owned by Women Sales Academy and are provided for your personal use only. Nothing here transfers ownership or grants a licence to use our materials commercially.

Third-party services and links

The class runs on Zoom, and this site links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the class are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women Sales Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost earnings, or lost opportunities, arising out of your use of this site or attendance at a class.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
