Privacy policy

This policy explains what Women Sales Academy collects when you register for the free masterclass, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website and to the email and text messages we send you afterwards.

What we collect

You give us the following directly, through the registration form:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number

We also collect the following automatically when you visit:

• Standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and the pages you viewed
• Advertising identifiers set by Meta (Facebook) if you arrived from one of our ads, so we can tell which ads work

How we use it

• To send you the Zoom link and reminders for the class you registered for
• To send you occasional emails and text messages about Women Sales Academy, including future classes and our paid programme
• To measure which ads and pages lead to registrations
• To improve the class and the site

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, you agree to receive class reminders and occasional updates by text. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance and to build audiences for advertising. When you register, we send Meta a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address and phone number so it can match the conversion to an ad click. Meta does not receive these values in readable form from us.

We may also use Google Analytics to understand how people move through the page. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who run this operation on our behalf: our email and SMS platform, our webinar platform, our website host, and the advertising and analytics providers named above. Each is bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details for as long as you remain on our list, and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour opt-out requests and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email: use the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Stop texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correct or delete your data: email us at hello@womensalesacademy.com and we will action it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we have collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
